How to apply for a usage certificate for pressure vessels

According to TSG R0004-2009 "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Fixed Pressure Vessels", Article 6.1 states that "the user unit of the pressure vessel shall, before or within 30 days after the pressure vessel is put into use, handle the usage registration procedures for each unit as required at the local special equipment safety supervision agency or authorized department. The placement of the registration mark should comply with relevant regulations."

As for the specific application procedures, refer to the "Special Equipment Registration and Usage Management Rules"; Article 13 contains detailed table formats and explanations. Attached: Content of Article 13:
"Article 13 Before putting new special equipment into use, the user unit must handle the registration procedures with the special equipment safety supervision agency at the district or municipal level or above in the area, and can only be put into use after registration. When handling registration, the following materials must be provided:"
1. "Special Equipment Registration Form" (2 copies for each unit);
2. Acceptance inspection report and "Safety Inspection Qualified" mark;
3. Operator's "Special Equipment Operator Qualification Certificate";
4. Maintenance contract signed with the maintenance unit, or a document proving that the manufacturing enterprise provides free maintenance for the new special equipment, or a maintenance responsibility letter signed with personnel who have obtained special equipment maintenance qualifications in the unit;
5. The maintenance unit's "Special Equipment Installation, Transformation, Maintenance and Maintenance Qualification Certificate", or the "Special Equipment Operator Qualification Certificate" of the unit's maintenance personnel;
6. Safety management system for use and operation.
When free maintenance is provided by the manufacturing enterprise and the period is reached, it is necessary to supplement the maintenance contract or maintenance responsibility letter as stipulated in item 5 of this article to the registration agency.
