High-efficiency blade separator

The high-quality efficiency axial blade separator is based on simple physical principles, achieving high-quality gas-liquid separation through rapid changes in flow direction, kinetic collisions, centrifugal swirling, coalescence adsorption, and gravity. When a mixed fluid of low-density gas and high-density liquid is loaded into the blade separation channel, it is forced to change direction multiple times. The low-density gas can easily pass through the changing flow channel, while the high-density liquid droplets collide with the solid surface of the blades due to momentum. In each change of flow direction, centrifugal force is applied to the gas-liquid mixture, causing liquid particles to swirl and impact the wet blade walls.

    The high-quality efficiency axial blade separator is based on simple physical principles, achieving high-quality gas-liquid separation through rapid flow direction changes, kinetic collisions, centrifugal swirling, coalescence adsorption, and gravity. When a mixed fluid of low-density gas and high-density liquid enters the blade separation channel, it is forced to change direction multiple times. The low-density gas can easily pass through the changing flow paths, while the high-density liquid droplets collide with the solid surface of the blades due to momentum. In each flow direction change, centrifugal force is applied to the gas-liquid mixture, causing liquid particles to swirl and impact the wet blade walls. After multiple swirling coalescences, under the action of surface tension, these droplets merge into larger particles, absorbing other droplets that collide with the blades, transforming into sheet-like flow, forming a liquid film. The droplets are then separated from the gas flow and flow perpendicularly through the secondary blade channel into the liquid collection tank, draining through the liquid discharge pipe to the bottom of the separator, achieving high-quality gas-liquid separation.
