Product Introduction
The multi-tube cyclone separator is a high-capacity separator designed to remove liquids and/or solids from the airflow with a small pressure drop. It can handle a relatively large amount of carryover and only requires periodic discharge to clear the collected materials. It has very high efficiency under various operating conditions.
Working Principle
The gas flow containing liquid/solid enters the distribution chamber of the separator, which consists of multiple small cyclone tubes arranged in parallel. The gas enters each tube through two tangential openings located near the top, and the resulting centrifugal effect moves the droplets and/or solid particles to the periphery of the tube and downward, allowing them to drip into the collection chamber at the bottom of the container. The purified gas then reverses direction at the vortex of the cyclone tube and moves upward through the riser and into the outlet gas chamber.
